Meet the Doctors
You've probably heard the saying, "Two heads are better than one." We've taken that to heart at Back to Life. With two chiropractors on staff, you get the benefit of extra brainpower. Especially with difficult cases.
Introducing Bondi Junction Chiropractor Glen Cameron
My father suffered for years with low back pain & sciatica, & finally was recommended by his medical doctor to undergo back surgery to help relieve his pain. Following a very painful laminectomy operation & many months of rehab, my father did not receive the relief from the surgery he was expecting. Over the next few years his problem became much worse, to the point that he was taking heavy pain medication. He kept going to the doctors for help, but they had no answers for him, and just kept giving him medication. Eventually my father decided to go to a chiropractor, with some hesitation I might add. After about 1 month of chiropractic treatment, my dad did not need to use the pain medication any more, and was experiencing more pain free days than painful days! Now my dad is a regular chiropractic patient & has influenced friends & family in commencing care. From seeing the benefits my dad received from chiropractic care, it inspired me to undertake my studies as a chiropractor, and here I am today.
I am originally from Canada where I completed an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Biology/Psychology at Trent University. Upon completing that degree I migrated to Sydney Australia to complete a Master of Chiropractic Degree from Macquarie. My studies covered everything from human anatomy, neurology, radiology, to rehabilitation of the spine. When I was studying at Macquarie University I met my now wife Julia Vitali, who is also a chiropractor at Back to Life Chiropractic Centre. We have been married for over three years now. During our time away from clinic we enjoy exercising at the gym and walking a little Jack Russell terrier named Dodi.
Our practice is family oriented and we welcome people of all ages with all types of health concerns. As a chiropractor, I believe it is important to practice what I preach. What I tell my patients to do, I actually do myself. I go to the gym virtually most days. I eat healthy food, and I believe that the body can and will heal itself if given the right nutrients and stimulus to heal.

Introducing Bondi Junction Chiropractor Julia Vitali
My first experience with chiropractic was at a young age. When I was 8 years old I was diagnosed as a classical migraine sufferer. The migraines I experienced were debilitating and interfered with my activities of daily living. So, when my mother took me to the chiropractor and I first experienced a decrease in severity and then total relief, it was as if a miracle had occurred. I was back in control of my life and not dependent on pain killers anymore, I no longer had to live in fear of my next migraine attack.
When I was 16, I began seeing a chiropractor who taught me chiropractic was not just for symptomatic relief but also a safe and effective way to maintain health and wellness without the use of surgery or drugs. Little did I know he was the man who would change the course of my life!
After completing high school I immediately enrolled in a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science at Macquarie University. This 3 year degree offered a solid foundation in science based disciplines including, chemistry, physics, biology, physiology, anatomy and chiropractic studies. Following my undergraduate degree I then completed a 2 year Masters of Chiropractic program, which focused on areas such as neurology, radiology, diagnosis of disease, rehabilitation, and chiropractic techniques.
During my studies at university I met a handsome Canadian chiropractic student named Glen Cameron and in 2004 we married in Italy. Immediately after graduation I began working as an associate in a busy family wellness clinic in Burwood and finally, in March 2007 I joined my husband in practice at Back to Life Chiropractic Centre. Our purpose is to educate and adjust as many families as possible towards optimal health through natural chiropractic care. Our clinic is family orientated and we welcome people of all ages from newborns to the elderly. My passion is working with children and expecting mothers.
